Who I am is as important as what I have done and know
Who I am
I am a thoughtful, straightforward, and strategic partner – I partner with my clients to build trust through open, honest, and clear communication (infused with a little humour when appropriate).
I have a thirst for knowledge and am a life-long learner – I love to explore new ways of thinking and staying well-informed of the latest science, whether that be learning through formal courses, reading articles, listening to podcasts, or having enlightening conversations with colleagues. Nothing makes me happier than knowing I am a competent professional who has the knowledge and skillset to offer real value to my clients.
I (most of the time) practice what I preach – I tell my clients that coaching provides that extra edge. It’s what sets the highest achievers apart from others – and I practice what I preach. That’s why I have a coach who helps me adapt and evolve my thinking and behaviour to better support me in achieving my goals. As Aristotle said, “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”
I love the work I do – I feel privileged to have the opportunity to do it. By sharing my knowledge and using my strengths, I facilitate individual and collective growth. How lucky am I?
Outside of work – I am a mother of two young adults, an avid amateur athlete working hard not to injure herself, and a want-to-be artist.
