Who the forum is FOR and how It is structured

Research suggests that women not only face unique leadership challenges in the workplace but are also more inclined to get in their own way of realizing their potential than men. Research also reveals significant benefits to women who are part of a community of women leaders where they share experiences, take risks and practice new skills.

This forum invites women who have several years of leadership experience and professionally and technically strong, who are seeking to develop the necessary confidence, skill and capacity to take their leadership to the next level.

Through learning, reflection and engaging conversation, the forum has women leaders come together to explore the parts of their inner world that hold them back; clarify who they are as their most powerful and impactful selves; discuss ways to deal with challenges; and develop skill in being a champion for themselves, their ideas, and their team.

  • Understand common leadership traps and develop strategies to respond to them

  • Develop strategies to deal with stress caused by uncertainty and ambiguity

  • Create conditions for those around you to thrive

program delivery

  • Five individual coaching sessions

    Between each learning session, you receive individual coaching (five coaching sessions regularly valued at $1,800) to focus on your self-identified areas of development based on feedback you receive as part of forum pre-work.

  • Six three-hour facilitated cohort learning sessions

    The program consists of six 3-hour facilitated virtual learning sessions. Each session focuses on a specific leadership topic, introduces you to helpful leadership practices, and provides an opportunity to engage in a facilitated conversation about the real-time leadership challenges you face.

  • Four Peer-to-Peer sessions

    In between sessions you will meet with a small group from the cohort who’ll provide you with support and accountability, insight and inspiration.
