Evolving the way leaders think and behave

I coach executive and senior-level leaders from all functional areas who find themselves working in increasingly complex environments or are transitioning into a new leadership role.

Leadership development occurs on two axis - horizontal and vertical. The horizontal axis of development focuses on you acquiring leadership knowledge, skills, and competencies. The vertical axis of development focuses on you becoming more adaptable in the way you see things and building your capacity to handle difficult problems and respond to your environment effectively.

My coaching focuses on you developing both axes. I draw from my toolkit to help you build your horizontal abilities. At the same time, I tap into my knowledge of adult development, the neuroscience of behavioural change and somatic intelligence to help you evolve your thinking and behaviour by becoming more self-aware and developing a deeper, broader, and more dynamic worldview. I do this by offering and sharing my knowledge in:
