Team coaching is different than team building. It is not a one-time intervention; it entails me working with an intact team over time to accelerate its performance by improving team dynamics, team performance and team relationships. 

 Team coaching consists of:

  • Creating learning for the team as a whole

  • Understanding the team within the broader organizational context

  • Creating alignment around teams’ shared unique purpose
