I create and facilitate strategic planning agendas for offsite leadership team retreats as well as work with organizations seeking to engage in a more fulsome strategic planning process.  I do this by:

  • Supporting the organization in whatever way it requires to understand its environment and gather relevant information to have objective data from which decisions are made, including the identification of major strategic issues that need attention.

  • Designing planning sessions that encourages creative and future-state thinking, dialogue, listening and understanding and result in defining the organizations longer-term objectives, shorter term strategies, and key measures of success.

Change Consultant

I leverage my knowledge and experience in working with organizational change by working beside your change sponsors and agents to help them understand their role and the skills involved in leading and managing change; and when the need arises, supporting them in addressing priorities and concerns.

Change Workshops

I help organization build internal capability to lead change and manage transition.   I facilitate a workshop designed to prepare change sponsors and agents to fulfill their roles and responsibilities in implementing the change.  The workshop provides a set of practical assessments, tools and techniques for:

  • understanding the nature, scope and impact of the change,

  • planning for change,

  • communicating, 

  • assessing the readiness of the organization and its people for change,

  • understanding the neuroscience of change and ways to manage resistance.
